On the account

Different actions. Different ceilings.

GML does not treat every LinkedIn action as the same activity. Each type has its own daily control around the connected seat.

1

Five daily limits

LinkedIn uses separate daily limits for Connection requests, Messages, Profile actions, InMail, Email

2

See today's consumption

The Safety Console shows each action against its current daily ceiling so the team can see how the seat is being used.

3

Add timing and randomisation

Set send days, time zone, sending window and sleep window around the seat. A ±20% randomisation band applies to the LinkedIn daily limits.

Visibility

When something is held back, see why

The Safety Console combines limit consumption, warm-up progress and the reason behind throttled activity in one place.

Mailbox controls

LinkedIn limits are not email limits

Connected mailboxes use their own sending controls, with settings and health attached to each mailbox.

  • Set how much the mailbox can send in a working day.
  • Control the minimum time between sends and the hours when that mailbox is allowed to send.
  • The mailbox limit counts email-only campaigns and Send Email steps used inside LinkedIn flows.

The boundary

Sending controls manage usage. They do not remove platform risk.

GML gives teams visible limits, warm-up, dedicated IPs, account health and emergency controls. It does not claim that a LinkedIn account can never be restricted.

  • Every connected LinkedIn seat gets its own IP address.
  • Use the built-in VPN to choose a country for the seat or bring your own proxy.
  • Account health surfaces restrictions, authentication problems, sending limits and required actions.
