Pre-launch

Three things to know before the campaign goes live

Launch is not just an on/off switch. GML checks whether the campaign can run, shows what needs attention and lets you decide when it should begin.

1

Run the health check

GML validates the accounts, Sales Navigator availability, email authentication, limits, list quality, duplicates, block list, credits and integrations.

2

See Ready, Warning or Blocked

Every pre-launch check returns a visible state and the reason behind it.

3

Launch now or schedule it

A warning can be acknowledged where appropriate, a day-by-day duration estimate is shown and the campaign can be scheduled for a chosen date and time.

Lifecycle

Active does not mean out of your control

Campaigns move through clear lifecycle states, with pause and stop controls available from the Campaigns table.

Campaign results

Start with what happened. Then keep drilling down.

For email campaigns, Results is structured in four levels so the headline number does not become the end of the analysis.

  • Start with campaign performance, using positive reply rate as the headline reply metric.
  • Move down into individual sequence steps and the versions tested within them.
  • Open the lead-level detail and connect the outcome back to the individual prospect and their outreach record.

Evidence

A number should lead to the reason behind it

Results keeps the operational context beside performance, including why sending may be paused, exportable detail and the commercial outcome downstream.

  • If a campaign is Active but nothing is going out, Results displays a plain-language status line explaining why.
  • Reporting can be exported by campaign, step, version, mailbox and lead.
  • Outreach-to-revenue attribution connects the original work to meetings, opportunities, pipeline and closed revenue.

Launching and measuring campaigns

They are the three states returned by pre-launch checks. Each check includes the reason so you can see whether it is ready, needs review or must be fixed.

Yes. A campaign can be scheduled for a chosen date and time.

Yes. Campaigns can be paused and resumed. Stop is different: stopping a campaign ends it permanently.

Email results can be viewed at four levels: overall result, step, version and lead.

Results shows a plain sentence explaining why nothing is currently going out.
